An American warship almost collided with a Russian ship near China

The Russian Pacific Fleet on Friday accused an American warship of having almost caused a collision with a Russian military ship in the East China Sea because of what it called dangerous maneuvers, news organizations reported The Russian Navy reportedly said that the USS Chancellorsville, a guided missile cruise, was within 50 meters of the Russian destroyer Admiral Vinogradov, who had been forced to take emergency measures to avoid a collision.
