Couple spent $120,000 on cars, quad bikes & pals in two-week spree after money was accidentally paid into their account
COUPLE made cash on cars, quads, and friends after $120,000 was accidentally charged to their account.
Robert and Tiffany Williams, of Pennsylvania, spent two weeks after noticing the accidental diversion.
Instead of notifying the bank, they bought an SUV, two quad bikes, a camper van, a race car and even paid $15,000 (£13,000) to their friends.
By the time the blunder was discovered three weeks later, the pair had already spent around $107,000 (£87,000).

But she reportedly told them she used the money to pay bills.
She said they would work on a payment plan, but they stopped calling after two phone calls - prompting the bank to call the police.
Before the money was accidentally sent to them instead of the investment firm Dimension Covington Investment, they had just $1,121 (£1,044) in their account
Funds were deposited on May 31, 2019, and withdrawn by June 20.
When investigators spoke to the couple in July, "they both admitted knowing the misleading money did not belong to them,
But they spent it anyway,” according to state soldier Aaron Brown.
One of the couple's neighbors told local station WNEP-TV at the time: "It's kind of shocking.
"With all the procedures that the bank has put in place, checking and double checking and triple checking, no one can get away with these things."
"I have no idea," said a man at the couple's home who identified himself as Robert's father.
"I don't even know what's going on. I'm just my dad."
"While we cannot comment on the specifics of this issue due to customer privacy practices, we are always working as quickly as possible to address any issues affecting our customers," BB&T told CNN.
It comes after a mum was shocked to find £6m in her bank account before she could buy a luxury home and help her family.
